SAI AMARANTA APARTMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
All residents are requested to adhere to the By-Laws of Sai Amaranta Flat Owners’ Welfare Association
(SAFOWA) to ensure harmonious community living.
Residents planning to undertake any civil, carpentry, or similar work must inform the association 2 days in
advance. Such work should be carried out between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM(Except Sundays).
Moving in and out of materials should be done between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Charges for material Moving in and out ₹ 1500/- (or as fixed from time to time), must be paid to SAFOWA.
Anyone buying / selling a flat must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from SAFOWA.
Monthly maintenance charges should be paid on or before the 10th of the following month. Payments made
after this date will incur a penalty of ₹20 per day. Please Inform the Secretary in advance for any exceptions.
New buyers should submit a copy of the registered sale deed with safow membership form to SAFOWA, tenants should submit any ID Proof.
Residents are requested to maintain the premises neat, clean, and litter-free.
Water drain pipes of air conditioners must be connected to the main outlet pipe and not left to drain on outer
walls or window shades.
Modifications to the structure or common areas are strictly prohibited.
Maintain reasonable noise levels to avoid disturbance to other residents.
Children Play Area/Park Timings:Monday to Thursday: Up to 9:00 PM/ Friday to Sunday: Up to 10:00 PM.
Field sports such as cricket, football, and hockey are not allowed on the premises,including play areas and parks,
to prevent property damage and issues.
Parents of children cycling within the premises should ensure their children do not damage cars or other
property. Parents are responsible for compensating any damage caused.
Children below 9 years should not use the lifts without adult's supervision.
Food delivery, courier, or any delivery personnel should park their vehicle near Gate No. 1 (next to the security
cabin) and deliver items to the resident’s doorstep,
Deliveries after 10:00 PM require the resident’s confirmation to the security.
Visitors must park their vehicles in designated "Visitor’s Parking" slots and not on driveways.
Do not flush sanitary napkins, diapers, clothes, or other solid wastes into toilets to prevent clogging and costly
repairs.
Solid Waste Management: Segregate solid waste as mandated by the corporation before handing it over to
housekeeping staff.
Please do not argue with apartment staff/housekeeping/security, they are following instructions given. For any
concerns, feedback, or suggestions, contact the association office supervisor.
Keeping materials in the common areas is the responsibility of the flat residents. No materials should be left
unattended or obstruct common areas.
All residents must cooperate with SAFOWA during any meetings / events hosted by the association in common
areas/parking lots.
For your convenience, we have placed a complaint register in the office room. Also, you can register your
