    We do not accept cancellations for services once they have been rendered or initiated. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, we offer a refund under specific conditions.

    1. Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service before it has been initiated, you may request a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of booking the service for cancellation. Once the service has been initiated, we are unable to cancel or refund.
    2. Unfulfilled Services: If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon service for any reason (e.g., technical issues, emergencies, etc.), you are eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and process the refund.
    3. Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review the issue and may offer a partial or full refund based on the situation.

    Refund Request Process

    To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact us at hello@safowa.com with your service details (e.g., service date, order number, and brief explanation of your refund request).
    2. If the refund request is due to dissatisfaction or unfulfilled service, please provide any relevant details that will help us resolve the issue.
    3. Once your request is received, we will review the situation and determine the eligibility for a refund.

    Refund Timeline

    Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

    Non-Refundable Situations

    The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
    1. Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the service has been initiated or completed, no refund will be issued.
    2. Failure to Use Service: If you miss or fail to utilize the service without prior notice or cancellation within the eligible period, you will not be refunded.
